PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES IN ADOLESCENTS AFTER HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING

نویسندگان

چکیده

ABSTRACT Introduction Exercise intensity can approach an individual’s maximum capacity rapidly. High-intensity exercise improve aerobic in obesity, overweight, heart disease, and diabetes. Knowledge of the physiological biochemical changes post-workout period could provide safety indexes for a scientific basis. Objective To evaluate immediate adolescents submitted to high-intensity sports training. Methods The article selects several young athletes research. They were randomly divided into two groups. Group A did exercise, group B regular exercise. statistical analysis indicators before after is done. Results vital groups was significantly different. However, no significant differences found between collected Conclusion sport cardiopulmonary function with low impact on indicators. These findings indicate physical training performance without compromising health adolescents. Evidence Level II; Therapeutic Studies - Outcome Research.

High-intensity Exercise Training Induces Morphological and Biochemical Changes in Skeletal Muscles

IN THE PRESENT STUDY WE INVESTIGATED THE EFFECT OF TWO DIFFERENT EXERCISE PROTOCOLS ON FIBRE COMPOSITION AND METABOLISM OF TWO SPECIFIC MUSCLES OF MICE: the quadriceps and the gastrocnemius. Mice were run daily on a motorized treadmill, at a velocity corresponding to 60% or 90% of the maximal running velocity. Blood lactate and body weight were measured during exercise training. We found that a...

High-intensity exercise training produces morphological and biochemical changes in adrenal gland of mice.

The effects of training are dependent on complex, adaptive changes which are induced by acute physical exercise at different levels. In particular, evidence shows that the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical axis, as well as the sympatho-adrenomedullary system, is mainly involved in mediating the physiological effects of physical exercise. The aim of the present study was to investigate, thro...

Changes in Mitochondrial Dynamic Factors (mfn2 and drp1) Following High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training in Obese Male Rats

Objective: Mitochondrial content and function are important determinants of oxidative capacity and metabolic efficiency of skeletal muscle tissue. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in mitochondrial dynamic factors (mfn2 and drp1) following high intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate intensity continuous training (MICT) in obese male rats. Materials and Methods: In t...

high intensity interval training (hiit): beneficial or harmful? an investigation of bone mass density changes after high intensity interval training in adult male wistar rats

the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high intensity interval training (hiit) on bone mass density in adult male wistar rats. for this purpose, 16 rats (weight 250±20 g and 6 weeks old) were divided into experimental group (n=8) and control group (n=8). after a week of orientation to the training protocol, 8 weeks of incremental hiit was performed. 24 hours after the last train...

Physiological changes during low- and high-intensity noninvasive ventilation.

In a physiological randomised cross-over study performed in stable hypercapnic chronic obstructive disease patients, we assessed the short-term effects of two settings of noninvasive ventilation. One setting was aimed at maximally reducing arterial carbon dioxide tension (P(a,CO(2))) (high-intensity (Hi) noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV)): mean ± SD 27.6 ± 2.1 cmH(2)O of inspirat...
